Come and practice deep relaxation by the Huron River.  There is a growing body of science that strongly suggests that time in nature is good for our nervouse systems!  Immerse yourself in an experience of the senses, based on the Japanese practice called 'forest bathing!' You may consider bringing a blanket to sit on, or a camp chair.  The walk will culminate in a Forest Tea.
