Dusk is a magical time to see wild creatures! We will be using all our senses to tune in to the life of the forest during this sunset walk through beautiful Devine Nature Preserve.
Devine Nature Preserve travereses 157 acres of undeveloped oak woods, wetlands and old fields. It hosts a wide variety of bird life, coyotes, and is home to some very impressive old Bur oak trees. During the rainy season, some areas of the trail are often flooded with up to 5 inches of water because of the wetlands. If you want to access the preserve beyond the wooded area, bringing waterproof mud boots is highly recommended!
