Hosted at Crazy Wisdom Book shop and cafe, this workshop ( presented by Cayla Samano) will cover the origins of forest therapy in Japan, and the science of nature connection as supported by actual studies done in Japan and the U.S.A. The workshop will also include some hands-on nature connection and some Q & A about the practice of Guided Forest Therapy as taught by Amos Clifford and the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
